Information clause on data processing

Based on Article. 13 sec. 1 and sec. 2 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (hereinafter: GDPR), I inform , that:

Data controller:

The administrator of personal data is POLNA ENGINEERING Sp. z o.o. at ul. T. Kościuszki 227, 40-600 Katowice.

Purpose of collecting personal data:

The processing of your personal data is based on Art. 6 GDPR and for marketing purposes, the Personal Data Administrator refers to a legitimate interest, which is website analytics, visit analysis, etc.

Period of personal data storage:

Your personal data will be stored for a period of 5 years after the termination of cooperation.

The right to access personal data:

You have the right to access your personal data, the right to rectify it.

The right to delete data:

You can delete any data processed by POLNA ENGINEERING Sp. z o.o., except in the following situations:

* open order / contract that has not yet been completed or only partially.

* unsettled debt to POLNA ENGINEERING Sp. z o.o., regardless of the payment method.

* Your debt has been sold to an outside company in the last three years or one year (for customers who have died)

The right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority:

You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, if you believe that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the GDPR.
Providing your personal data is a requirement for the conclusion of the contract.

Legal grounds :

In the case of processing personal data obtained from you, we will inform you each time whether it has been provided in a statutory manner, whether it is required to sign a contract and whether you are required to provide your personal data and what are the possible consequences of not consenting to it.

Automated decision making, profiling :

Your personal data will not be processed in an automated manner and will not be profiled.
